General
Basic computer literacy and some knowledge of Windows operating systems are necessary for the completion of this training. If you do not meet these pre-requisites, please inform us prior to the training date so we can adjust the course to meet your requirements.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled training course the following penalties will be applicable:--
a). If a cancellation is received by Reckon or BHH , up to 7 working days prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded less a $50 administration fee.
b). If a cancellation is received by Reckon or BHH between 7 and 3 working days prior to the start date of the course, 80% of the course will be refunded (the penalty will still be applied if the customer transfers to another course)
c). If a cancellation is received by Reckon or BHH 2 working days prior to the start date of the course, no refund will be applicable (the penalty will still be applied if the customer transfers to another course).
d). Failure to attend a class without notifying Reckon or BHH will be considered as non attendance and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
e). Advertised course dates are subject to sufficient demand. BHH reserves the right to vary course dates or cancel courses where insufficient bookings have been received. In this case, you will be notified of alternate dates available, and will be refunded the course fees if the alternate dates are inconvenient.
