Cancellation Policy
If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled training course the following penalties will be applicable:--
a). If a cancellation is received by BHH , up to 7 working days prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded less a $50 administration fee, penalty will not apply if customer transfers to another course.
b). If a cancellation is received by BHH between 6 and 3 working days prior to the start date of the course, 80% of the course will be refunded (the penalty will not apply if the customer transfers to another course)
c). If a cancellation is received by BHH only 2 working days prior to the start date of the course, no refund will be applicable (this penalty will not apply if the customer transfers to another course).
d). Failure to attend a class without notifying will be considered as non attendance and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
e). Advertised course dates are subject to sufficient demand. BHH reserves the right to vary course dates or cancel courses where insufficient bookings have been received. In this case, you will be notified of alternate dates available.
