Upgrades and Troubleshooting

 

 Upgrades -

When upgrading your file to the current version this may mean you will have to do several upgrade steps to achieve this.  This can be a daunting task for some of you so let us do it for you.

Regardless how old or young your file is we follow the same procedures when we perform an upgrade.

Whilst this may sound simple this at times can be a very challenging task on some files.

 How long will it take?

How long is a piece of string?  Every upgrade and every file is competely different, because of the size and complexity and we would not even try to quess on how long it may take. 

 

 Troubleshooting -

 This will take on many forms.  When you are having trouble with any aspect of Reckon Accounts or QuickBooks®, Retail Point of Sale  or  Payroll and you cannot solve it yourself than give us a call to Troubleshoot and see if we can find a solution to your problem.
